• Create a bootable USB for Ubuntu
• Shrink the size of the windows partition using dskmgmt.
• Boot up Ubuntu from the USB.
• Open up GParted.
• Extend the Ubuntu partition into the space you just stole from the windows partition.
• That is all :)
